Three generations, one family name.
Mallinson Home Appraisers has proudly served Southern California since 1979. What began as a single Orange County practice now works out of Irvine, Dana Point, and Long Beach, specializing in the situations that demand the most care — date of death valuations, probate settlements, and estate planning valuations.
Every report is prepared in-house and signed by a credentialed Mallinson appraiser, so families and their attorneys know exactly whose name stands behind the number.

Started in the 1970s with the Mission Viejo Company and Mission Viejo Realty, then helped launch California's licensed appraiser program in 1990 before incorporating Mallinson Home Appraisers in 2005.
